Sovereign Bank customer service or lack there of...

Is it a policy of Sovereign Bank to ignore its customers? Someone please explain to me why when there are three tellers working only one is actually assisting customers? The other two are running around pretending to be busy. One would think that if there was a line of 5 customers one of the other tellers could stop whatever menial task he/she was doing and come up to the window to assist one of those waiting in line.

Come on Sovereign, get a clue.
