I guess you really don't want my business

I cannot even count how many times I've run into some place on the web where I saw a very cool product and wanted to purchase it but hesitated due to poor description.  I then tried to contact the vendor with a couple of simple questions and indicating that I was VERY interested in purchasing their product only to be ignored.  Those placed that ignored me aren't large retailers either.  They are usually small mom and pop specialty shops.  One would think they those shops would care about their customers and would want the business.  Hmm...perhaps not.
