Thank you MBTA for making my morning commute such a JOY. I don't really mind when my already 2.5 hour commute turns into a 4.5 hours commute. I also don't mind standing on the platform and freezing my ass off waiting for a train that is supposedly only 20-30 minutes late but which actually shows up 1.5 hours late. No, I don't mind that at all. I also don't mind losing 2 hours of pay because I know that you will reimburse me the cost of my ticket; all of $13.50. That is AWESOME!
What I really don't mind is the explanation for the delay..."Slippery Rails"...Thank you MBTA for ensuring that I safely make it to work. We all know what happens when a train spins out of control due to slippery rails...
