I went to Dunkin Donuts this morning to get a cup of coffee as I do a couple of times a week. The guy behind the counter, who was a shift manager, asked what I wanted and then as he moved toward the coffee pots coughed loudly into one of his hands. He then proceeded to handle the cup and the lid with his germ infested hands. I couldn't believe my eyes. He came back with the coffee and I immediately told him I wanted another one because I watched him cough and handle my cup with dirty hands. I then told him that the risk of contracting the H1N1 "Swine" flu was high and that anyone working in the food industry should pay extra special attention to personal hygiene. You should have seen the look on his face. It was almost as if I had just killed his mother. He started to say something but quickly stopped. He probably realized that I had a valid point.Good!
