Fat White Castle Fan sues the fast-food chain

According to the New York Post, a 290-pound fat guy is suing the White Castle fast-food chain, because they continue to break promises to make the booths in his local eatery large enough to fit his fat ass. Apparently all he [Martin Kessman] wants is a table with movable chairs. "They’re stationary booths", he told The Post. "I’m not humongous, but I’m a big guy. I could not wedge myself in."
I don't know about you but he looks pretty well wedged in. He weighs 290 pounds right now and expects White Castle to enlarge the booths to accommodate his large ass. What's going to happen when they do and he continues to eat and gains another 100 pounds. Will he sue White Castle again because the already enlarged booths are now too tight for his 390 pound body.
What a scam. Martin "Fat Ass" Kessman and his lawyer should be smacked upside the head by the judge and fat boy should be ordered to take two years of Jenny Craig with another two years of probation, prohibiting him for eating burgers of any kind.
