I bought a couple of small items on E-bay from a guy in England. He promised to pack the items well to ensure their journey West was without any problems. It took a couple of weeks for them to arrive and guess what...both items are damaged. The damned bastard didn't put enough bubble wrap padding inside the box. This caused the items move about while the box was being manhandled by the postman.
I confronted him on the fact that items were broken due to not having been packaged well. He got all pissy with me and disagreed with my assessment of his half-assed packing insisting that he did a "great" job.
Hey Limey asshole, here is a news flash for you. If you had done a "great" job, the items would not have been broken. I've received packages from as far as China and never had a problem.
I asked for some money back and we settled on 10 quid, which in my opinion is not nearly enough. Unfortunately my only other option was to ship the stuff back to him and I really did not want to to that.
I just wish this guy would man up and apologize instead of blowing smoke up my ass.
