Submission ID? Who needs one?

Filed my taxes today. Both Fed and State accepted my returns, which is always a good thing. When the time came to wrap things up I noticed that there was no Submission ID for my state return. I know there should be one because I've received one each of the last 10 years I used the H&R Block software to file my taxes. Not having the ID is not a big deal until unless there is a problem with the return and the state comes back saying that they never received. So I decided to contact H&R Block technical support. I waited in the queue for over an hour only to finally get connected to someone who either failed Comprehension 101 in grade school or was just simply the most incompetent person in the world. He or she, not sure which it was, did not know anything about the app. It was like talking to a ham sandwich. I thought I was going to lose my mind but somehow was able to keep my cool. Good thing too because the support tech was actually able to pull the ID for me from their system. I don't know how but at this point I don't really care.
