OK, maybe not all of them but a good majority. They think that just because they drive a huge vehicle they own the road. This morning I was mere inches away from being in a serious collision with one of those trucks. The weather was really bad with heavy rain and strong winds. I was approaching the toll plaza on RT 84 when out of nowhere a tractor trailer cut across several lanes of traffic from left to right missing the front of my truck by a couple of inches. Had I not slammed on the breaks and swerved to the right it would have ran over me and probably dragged me under the trailer. The driver was out of state and it was apparent that he was in the wrong lane and decided last second to move over. What I don't get is how he did not see me. It is not like I drive a Mini Cooper or some other small car. I was in a half-ton pickup with all my lights on. I just think that the driver was an ass and that's all there is to it.The sad part is that this style of driving will get someone killed. I just hope that it isn't me.
